·         Promoted to manage newly acquired Cancer Registry software products

·         Successfully directed the ongoing maintenance of four legacy projects during the creation of a cutting-edge replacement product using a limited staff while complying with tight deadlines and championing a new software development process per ISO 9001 requirements. Project technologies included client server solutions in xBase and Visual Basic as well as high volume database applications in Sybase and SQL Server

·         Assigned the lead role on high-profile tasks developing the new IMPAC Medical Oncology Charting System which enabled IMPAC to enter a new market and resulted in huge marketing and financial payoffs for the company.
