solution with a relational database back-end. Current revenues from that product
line exceed $10 million a year
- Designed, documented,
developed and implemented various subsystems for a comprehensive Oncology
Management System. Coordinated closely with Marketing, Quality Engineering
and customer representatives to ensure the quality and usability of the
final product. Innovated several user interfaces to dramatically improve
the end-user experience

- Participated in a high-profile
proposal effort as technical/network support as well as a technical
contributor. Helped secure the contract for the first ever
non-law-enforcement use of fingerprinting technology and subsequently
worked with the development team through the full life-cycle development
effort until the program went live
- Applied previous proposal
experience and knowledge of the Shipley proposal-development methodology
to lead and support roles on several additional proposals
- Developed and implemented
the AFIRM office management system in support of the deployment and
ongoing maintenance of the AFIRM system using Borland Paradox
- Produced technical and
non-technical documentation for the AFIRM system including user manuals,
maintenance manuals and user-acceptance test plans
- Completed the EDS technical
training “boot camp” with exceptional scores and was quickly promoted to
Systems Engineer and subsequently to Advanced Systems Engineer

Design sessions with multi-disciplinary military representatives in order
to define the requirements for a DoD client/server system

military officers and medical professionals to design, document, develop
